    May 5, 2026

Please join us for a night of cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and music to celebrate “the best goddamn literary magazine in America” (Mary Karr).

    Thursday, June 11
    7 o’clock in the evening
    Weylin | 175 Broadway
    Brooklyn, New York

Raise a glass, or three, to n+1—and to Dawn Lundy Martin and Paul Soto, the recipients of the 2026 n+1 Writers’ Fellowship and the 2026 Anthony Veasna So Fiction Prize, respectively.

With honorary hosts Hernan Diaz, Naomi Fry, Tavi Gevinson, Paul Grimstad, Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, Mary Karr, Phillip Lopate, Dinaw Mengestu, Hari Nef, Jia Tolentino, Tony Tulathimutte, and Tara Westover.

All proceeds from the evening directly support the magazine and will help us continue to publish today’s most dynamic writers.

If you’re unable to attend the event but would still like to donate in support of n+1, you can donate here.
